Checking the status of the order is done by accessing the Cargus courier website, using the AWB number from the confirmation email.
At the time of delivery, it is necessary to check the integrity of the package, in the event of damage or the presentation of the opened package or the broken seal, it will be refused. In this case, please notify the customer relations department immediately.
After two unsuccessful delivery attempts made by the partner courier companies, the order will be considered canceled and will be returned.
